1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ab999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ab999 website at ab999.ml, the ab999 mobile application, and all associated services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional rules, guidelines or policies posted on the platform — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the ab999 platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, the Android APK app, or via the iOS Home Screen installation. All versions of the platform are governed by the same Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ab999 platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ab999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to register, deposit, bet or use any service on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already have a suspended, closed or banned ab999 account. Attempting to re-register after an account has been closed for a terms violation is not permitted.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person or opening the account for a third party.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on ab999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances forfeited.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. ab999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because your credentials were shared or compromised. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team at [email protected] immediately.

ab999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC — before processing withdrawals, activating a bonus, or at any other point during your use of the platform. Accounts that do not complete the verification process when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on ab999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The available payment methods are displayed in your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits are generally credited to your ab999 account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit has not appeared within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person — including a family member — is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• ab999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error — for example, depositing to the wrong account — cannot always be reversed once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• ab999 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified or that are flagged by fraud detection systems.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ab999 account are paid in PKR to a payment method registered in your own name. The same payment method used for your most recent deposit is generally the required withdrawal route, subject to the method supporting withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take additional banking business days.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed identity verification. If verification documents have not yet been submitted and approved, your withdrawal request may be held until the process is complete. ab999 will notify you if this applies.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section.
• Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• ab999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Funds deposited but never used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ab999 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and expiry dates — which are displayed on the relevant promotion page.

By opting into or activating a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accept the specific terms of that promotion. General bonus terms that apply across all promotions unless the individual promotion states otherwise include:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• ab999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus if evidence of abuse or manipulation is detected — including the use of strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Free spin winnings are subject to a maximum convertible amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ab999 platform — whether sports betting, live casino, slots or bingo — are subject to the specific rules governing that product. Rules for each product are available within the relevant section of the platform.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• ab999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where odds were clearly published in error, where the outcome of an event has been manipulated, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing.
• In-play bets are subject to the platform accepting the bet before the relevant event or phase of play concludes. Bets submitted but not confirmed before the outcome is determined will be voided.
• Cricket betting — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures — follows standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, settlement rules specific to each market type apply and are displayed in the betting rules section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip.

For slots and live casino games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are governed by the respective game provider. ab999 does not alter game mechanics or RTP values. Results in all games are determined by certified random number generation.

For bingo, the rules specific to each room — including ball draw format, prize structure and jackpot conditions — are displayed before each game starts. Players are responsible for reviewing the room rules before buying tickets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab999 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular human players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical glitches in the platform. Any winnings obtained through a known error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game where collusion could affect outcomes.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating an informal betting agency using your ab999 account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or extract data from the platform.
• Any conduct that ab999 determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

ab999 is an entertainment platform and we take our responsibility to support healthy gaming habits seriously. The platform provides a set of practical tools in every account to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Activity History: Your full transaction and betting history is accessible in your account at all times.

11 Limitation of Liability

The ab999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from technical errors, or the accuracy of all odds and pricing at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings or opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Any bets voided due to clearly erroneous odds, match-fixing determinations or technical failures during in-play betting.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

ab999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a notification displayed when you next log in to your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.
